Message from the Founder
My name is Harry (Hideyuki),
founder of Sushi Experience Japan.
Born in Japan, I trained as a professional sushi chef and currently work at a high-end sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo — one of Japan’s most prestigious dining districts.
Before dedicating my career to sushi, I graduated from Kyoto University and worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the financial sector, gaining professional experience both in Japan and overseas. This background enables me to provide an exceptionally reliable and comfortable experience for international guests.
We offer private sushi experiences in English and Portuguese, welcoming travelers from around the world.
Through this experience, we hope to share not only the taste of authentic nigiri sushi, but also the craftsmanship, hospitality, and cultural depth that define Japanese cuisine.
